2008 Attractions
Over the past eight years our haunts have been known to be top rated, highly detailed, themed environments that create a lot of anxiety in our guests. Our wet pants count goes up each season. In 2008 we added more of everything: more haunts, more scares, and more entertainment options for a full evening of screams. It was a very "wet" October!
The Awakening
The old manor hid its secrets well. But something strange was happening of late: lights appeared in windows late at night and screams echoed from passages below the mountain. Something evil had awakened, and it wanted to party! Fun Fact
Zombie Apocalypse
It's the end of the world as we know it…and we're not talking about mindless politicians. This was even worse! An epidemic had turned humans into flesh eating zombies. Your job was to survive. Fun Fact
The Mine
The old abandoned gold mine hid more secrets than it could contain: hideous mutants that have made the mine their home. They are always glad to receive visitors...for dinner. Fun Fact
Dark Carnival
It's dark. There are strange sounds and the walls are slimy. What is that evil laughter? No light penetrated this hauntexcept when you least expected it. You had to feel your way through from one surprise to the next. Fun Fact
Lost Temple
The crumbling walls of this ancient edifice hid a terrible secret. It was a dark palace guarded by deathless warriors, traps, mazes and bottomless pits to keep unwanted visitors out. Mystery and intrigue drew you in, but the discoveries to be made were not treasures, they were of death and destruction. Fun Fact
CarnEvil Thrill Rides
Screams were heard at our full-featured carnival with scary thrill rides. It was fun for all ages!
Concert Stage
Live bands performed nightly on our new indoor concert stage.
Mini Glow Golf
Golfers could test their skills in our new themed mini Glow Golf Course, decorated with Halloween theme frights. Private party space was also available.
Photo Opportunities
Spread throughout the event were a variety of photo opportunities for picture taking. By all means, bring your cameras to Scream at the Beach. Scenes included giant murals to pose in front of, stocks, dungeons and hideous monsters to pose with you!
